Палка под бомбарду вроде, соответственно под заброс и соответствующую рыбу. Сам таких палок в руках не держал, но краем уха слышал что и не матчевки это. В чем различие не знаю.
Под карпа что-то другое взял бы.

Ну 30 грамм для телематчи это ещё куда ни шло, если его длина не менее 3.9 …

Это форелевая палка. Вообще не карповая и разу. Ловить то наверное можно как то, но я бы не взял. У вас больше выбрать не из чего?

Вот вполне подходящее под карпа:

Хотя тоже считается "форелевой". Вообще с успехом ловлю карпа "форелевыми" удилищами от Colmic, Daiwa и Shimano с тестами от 12 до 18 гр.

Ловить можно чем угодно. Я бы не посоветовал форелевую удочку для ловли карпа.
